We hope you have enjoyed looking around and learning more about Valley House.....
Below, is hopefully all the little bits of missing information you may just be wondering about....

  • Valley House is open for most of the year,
    please enquire if you are planning to visit out of season for opening availability.

  • Children of all ages are very welcome
    but we are very sorry there are no facilities to accommodate pets.

  • John & Kate are very flexible with arrival times and guests are welcome to arrive at any time.
    If by chance your bedroom is not ready John and Kate are more than happy
    for you to leave your luggage and enjoy any plans you may have made for the day.
    They do however ask that guests please vacate their rooms by 10.30 am on day of departure.

  • For guests arriving at St Austell by train or coach please let John & Kate know your
    arrival time in advance and they will be more than happy to arrange to meet you at the station.

  • If you would like to arrange 'Honeymoon Specials' or 'Romantic Weekends'
    with flowers/strawberries and champagne, or indeed any special arrangements for
    birthdays, anniversaries, please telephone and John & Kate will be more than happy to oblige.

  • The premises are non smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.

  • There is ample off road parking at the B&B
    which past visitors to Mevagissey will know is a real added bonus.

    Any bookings or enquiries can be made via email, telephone or letter.
    We try to respond to all emails promptly, so if you have not heard from us within
    24 hours, please do try again, just incase we have not received it.

    A deposit of £ 10 pppn is required as deposit.
